tajonline.tolshop.com cards are designed to work with digital mobile phones. Occasionally Carriers block the use of calling cards. The rates are the same as you would be charged from a land line. However, you will be charged for Airtime charges by your mobile phone carrier.

  11. Are there any hidden charges?
Cards expire after 4 weeks of sale. After 4 weeks there will be some maintenance charges. Some cards charge weekly maintenance charges. To avoid any charges, use your card as soon as you can. There will be connection charges if you use public telephones. Rates are based on usage from your phone at home or private number to avoid a line charge. Also, calls made from and to mobile phones may reduce rates. tajonline.tolshop.com resells Cards made by large companies and does not decide the charges. Rates are subject to notice.

  12. What is a connection charge?
The connection charge is a nominal amount that is deducted from your card every time you place a call. You get the best rates if you use a card without disconnecting the line as you pay the connection charges only once. The connection charge varies by country and denomination. Connection charges are deducted as soon as the line is connected.

  13. What is a "Rounding"?
Rounding is the minimum period your card will be charged for. Rounding can also be referred to as the minimum billing increment. It is different from a connection charge as a Connection charge is upfront, whereas rounding is after the call. Rounding will deducted after you make a call. Rounding does not mean multiples of 3 minutes. Example. If your card gives you 30 minutes of calling time, you make one call of 17 minutes, you will be charged a 3 minute rounding, so you will pay for 20 minutes. The next call will be 10 minutes. A connection fee would be as follows - using the same example, if there was a $ 2.00 connection fee, you would get 17 minutes + $ 2.00 charged for your first call, and you would be charged about 23 minutes - with a connection fee your next call would be only 3 minutes as the $ 2.00 would be deducted upfront.

  14. WHY DO I GET CHARGED WHEN THE CALL IS NOT CONNECTED?
CALLING CARD companies generally try and advertise the rates at the lowest possible rates. The wholesale rate to India is between 10 and 12 cents. You have to add access fees (about 2 cents for toll free line) + termination charges (1 cents )+ switching charges (.5 cent) + federal taxes (3 %) + state taxes (between 8 and 15 %). The real rate before profit and distribution costs is about 15 cents. SO calling companies come up with all deceptive ways of charging the customers. Some of them are listed below:
    • Charge when a call is attempted or does not terminate at International designation.
    • Increase the rate after the first call and then even more after the second call.
    • Add surcharges like 2nd call connect fee.
    • Add taxes after the call is complete.
    • Add a disconnect fee after the 2nd call.
    • Start charging you for the call from Access to the toll free number rather than the call connect.
    • YOU SHOULD TRY AND USE YOUR ENTIRE PHONE CARD IN ONE SHOT TO AVOID ALL THESE COSTS. tajonline.tolshop.com TRYS TO SOURCE CLEAN. CARDS, BUT ALL COMPANIES THAT GIVE HUGE NUMBER OF MINUTES BUILD IN THESE CHARGES.

  15. Are there any additional charges when using a pay phone?
